Susan Baker leads shareholder advocacy efforts on behalf of Trillium clients which has led to dozens of successfully negotiated agreements on a range of environmental, social and governance issues. She began her career at the Harvard Management Company and later moved to Trillium where she held portfolio manager and research analyst responsibilities for more than a decade. After working in the education field for six years she rejoined Trillium’s shareholder advocacy team in 1006. Susan serves on The Steering Committee of The Chemical Footprint Project, and previously served on the Boards of the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility, Pesticide Action Network, North America and The Thirty Percent Coalition. She holds degrees from Middlebury College and the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
